Phoenix Frozen Foods, is a well-known name in the market that deals with the supply of Frozen Ready To Eat Food, Frozen Sapota, Frozen Pomegranate, Frozen Coconut, Frozen Jamun, etc. We set up production plant in the year 2018 from Anand, Gujarat of India with an intent to serve the customers with the best item. Our manufacturing plant is built on a large area and is unified with the necessary facilities including cold storage that are required for smooth operations. Our team holds rich industrial knowledge and are aware of the guidelines which they need to follow at each stage from production to delivery. Also, we assure to make the deliveries on the assured time at clients doorstep without any delay.

Promoters

Dilip Makadia: He holds a bachelors degree in the Agricultural Science and started his career as Zonal Head in Farm Implements of India Ltd., looking after Gujarat, Maharashtra, M.P, and Goa. It was during this phase of his life that he built a good relationship with farmers. Afterward, he began a venture in Agro Chemicals and gain knowledge of sales and marketing. Recently, he has founded a company named ABG Protect, which manufactures equipment for vegetable, fruit processing units, and Dairy Industry.

Kirit Haraniya: He completed his masters from commerce stream. He is known for his marketing expertise and diverse experience in the domain of real estate, high-end equipment and agricultural products.

Vishal Makadia: He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, with expertise in food processing and technology. He owns vast experience in production planning and used to work with India's leading ice cream brand Havmor. He has also served as an operational manager at Heritage Foods (India) Limited and Senior Officer at Mother Dairy. Asias most automated dairy with the highest processing capacity and engaged in milk and milk based food items under the brand name of AMUL and SAGAR.

Jignesh D. Patel: He has done his bachelors is Commerce and holds rich knowledge of farming, crop seasons, cultivation, patterns, and product life cycle.

Jignesh K. Patel: He holds a degree in chemical engineering and rich experience of around 15 years in leading Companies like Tatva Micron,  Apollo Aggregate and Blackstone Infra.

Indu Haraniya: She is a Sports Graduate and used to be a coach at S N Kansagra School Rajkot. She is well versed with management skills, she trains the female workers at the factory and organizes all sorts of recreational activity amongst the staff.

Shilpa Makadia: She is a culinary expert and holds an Arts degree. She has expertise in food recipes and their preparations.

In addition, India's processed food contributes only 1% share of the world trade, hence Indian food processing industry is still provides very small contribution to the GDP. Further, there are several small sizes firms that concentrate in the unorganized section in this domain. Moreover, this segment provides nearly 50% output in terms of value and 70% in terms of volume. Apart from this, due to the entrance of some of the leading corporate firms in the food retail sector, the expectation of growth is increases in this domain.

The world trade of frozen vegetables (including sweet corns) has been increased to 39 Lakhs Metric Tonnes from 34 Lakhs Metric Tonnes in the last three years, which shows the growth rate of all most 15% in trade volume.

Mixed vegetables likes beans, cauliflower, carrot, etc, contribute nearly 41% share of the total market and traded in huge quantity of 16 Lakhs Metric Tonnes out of the total world trade of 39 Lakhs Metric Tonnes. Green peas plays a vital role in the market share and traded in 13 Lakh Metric Tonnes which is almost 36 per cent. Apart from this, sweet corn captures 8.5% market share with the volume of 4 Lakh Metric Tonnes. And, other vegetables like tomato, baby corn, coriander, capsicum, etc, capture 14% market share with the volume of 6 Lakh Metric Tonnes. Hence, India shows enormous potential in all these sections.

Further, we have created a impulsive supply chain for the acquisition of these products for ensuring the continuous supply of required quantity as well as quality. The facilities at Phoenix include:
  • We have collection centers for the grading and sorting process of vegetables and fruits. Besides, the main processing unit is placed in the harvest area.
  • We also have refrigerated as well as insulated vehicles for the easy transportation of frozen and processed products.
  • We have the cold storage capacity of 2000 Metric Tonnes and also utilize advanced and sophisticated technology of blast freezers and IQF.
  • We are also equipped with modern equipments, programmable logic controllers along with dock shelter and dock leveler.
